Order & Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@longrangeofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
If the item received is incorrect or defective, Long Range Official will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Yes. Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Please contact our team to arrange the exchange.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at support@longrangeofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
